Luke Murray Penn State 6'0" Junior Setter East Petersburg, PA

Behind Murray, no. 4 ranked Penn State defeated Cal Baptist and outlasted third-ranked Long Beach. Named to the all-tournament team, Murray had three players in double-digit kills against the Lancers while the Lions hit .371 as a team. On Saturday, Murray directed the squad to a .375 five-game hitting percentage with four players reaching 10 or more kills. Individually, Murray provided a career-high 11 digs for his third-career double-double and dished out a season-best 63 assists. For the weekend, Murray averaged 13.75 assists per game as the team hit .373 through eight games. He had 16 digs and 7 blocks.
