USA Wins Gold

For the first time in twenty years, Team USA wins the gold medal at the XXIX Olympic games in Beijing, China. The USA men's national team defeated Brazil 3-1 in the gold medal match. The EIVA congratulates the team and coaches for a hard-fought and exciting win. Additionally, we want to acknowledge Ron Larsen, an EIVA alumni coach, who managed to keep the team focused through three wins while coach, Hugh McCutcheon, assisted his family through a difficult situation.
