Four EIVA Players Played in Continental Games

In July, Matt Anderson (Penn State), Max Holt (Penn State), Will Price (George Mason), and Matt Werle (Juniata) made the final cuts of the 12-player roster for the USA Men’s Junior National Team. Each guy contributed to the team in significant ways. Their efforts enabled the USA to head into the finals of the NORCECA Continental Men’s Junioar Championship with a 4-0 record. They did not even lose a game until they went up against Cuba. The team finished as the runner-ups with a 4-1 record to receive silver medals. They qualified to play next summer in Monterrey, Mexico.
